  • Q: What materials are your products made from?
    A: Our products are made from high-quality, lycra tricot (bikinis, One-pieces & kids) and polyester microfibre (swim shorts)
  • Q: Why slow fashion?
    A: Because we care. We are a family run business putting all our love in every product and order. We produce in small batches, using ethical manufacturing and conscious design to reduce waste and promote mindful consumption. Every piece is designed to make you feel amazing - trying to have the less negative impact on the planet (and we are working to be better in this). Each piece is made in Argentina with love. 
  • Q: How should I care for my swimwear?
    A: Our swimwear is designed to last. Love it, care for it, and it will be last long. To keep your pieces looking beautiful:
    • Rinse with fresh water after each use.

    • Avoid rough surfaces and excessive sun exposure.

    • Hand wash with mild soap, dry in the shade. Or much better let's help the world: Shower with your Calypsonia!

    • Don'ts: Don't use chlorine, don't use dry machine, don´t dry clean, don't iron.

 

Orders & Shipping

  • Q: How long does it take to prepare my order?
    A: All orders are lovingly prepared within 1–2 business days before shipping. Every item is carefully checked, packed, and shipped from Greece.
    We believe in slow fashion and attention to detail — thank you for your patience!
  • Q: How long does shipping take?
    A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. International shippings outside Europe can take around 14 days.
  • Q: Do you offer priority shipping to deliver faster?
    A: If you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact us at contact@calypsonia.com and we will try to fulfill your desires whenever is possible.
  • Q: Do you offer free shipping?
    A: Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Greece (1–3 business days).
    We also offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over:

    • €80 within Europe (5–7 business days)

    • €110 for International orders (7–14 business days)

For smaller orders, shipping rates vary between €4.99–€19.99 depending on the destination.

  • Q: Can I track my order?
    A: Yes, you'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
  • Q: Do you ship internationally?
    A: Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.
  • Q: Can I return or exchange a product?
    A: We accept returns and size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
    The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
    • Shipping costs for returns & exchanges are at the customer’s expense.
